I am interested in this. JTS 12 magazines are supposedly high quality, readily available and even cheaper than SGM magazine and i have seen Saiga magazines used in them. Has anyone tried these in a Vepr yet?

Ordered one today. I'll try as soon as it get here. Probably not live fire, but I'll see what it takes to make it fit, feed and activate the LRBHO. If it works and one can use a cheap mag vs a $100 plus mag I'd say the potential benefit is worth a the cost of experimentation.

I would also like to know if your gun still puts a shit eating grin on your face when using it. :D

I can't enjoy it like I used to but I never had anything else that even compared to it.

The mag finally arrived and I looked at it briefly. It looks like it could be made to work. I haven't had time to do it yet.
